It depends on the scope, which is why we start with an assessment: it quantifies the costs and expected returns of every intervention before investing. Many projects also qualify for incentive schemes such as Italy's hyper-depreciation for 4.0 capital goods and regional grants.

The initial assessment takes 4-8 weeks and already includes the first quick wins. Subsequent interventions are scaled in three bands: quick wins (0-3 months), projects (3-6 months), transformations (6+ months). KPIs are defined before starting.
